Reclaim Arcade accepts bookings for individuals as well as groups up to 3 months in advance. We also sell merchandise and very light food and beverages onsite. It is our consistent goal to provide you the best experience possible. Please be sure to read this full policy before making any purchase.
Individuals have the option of cancelling their reservation and receiving a full refund up to 48 hours in advance of the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booking as well as “no-shows” will not be eligible for any refund.
Group bookings are eligible for a full refund if cancelled with 30 days notice and a partial refund of 50% of the booking fee if cancelled 14 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date are not eligible for a refund.
Individuals or groups wishing to transfer their ticket to another person must do so via email request within 48 hours of the reservation date. There is no cost to transfer a ticket to another person as long as the request is made up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Reclaim Arcade staff will not process transfer requests in person and any requests to transfer that are made less than 48 hours before the reservation date will be denied.
NEW and UNUSED merchandise (store items only and not reservations) can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 14 days of the date of purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made for merchandise that shows signs of use or damage.
All food and beverage sales are final.
